On a hot summer morning, I love iced coffee and creamy, frozen frappucinos, but they are such a challenge to make at home! Here is a quick recipe I’ve created through trial and error, for a cold coffee drink that’s refreshing when you can’t get to Starbucks, Tim Hortons or Dunkin Donuts!
Thick & Frothy Cold Coffee
2 cups of ice cubes
3/4 cup cooled, strong coffee
1/2 cup whole milk
2 packets of Splenda
3 T. of any flavored powered coffee drink mix (I use French Vanilla)
Sweetened cocoa powder for sprinkling on top, if desired.
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
